Founding Story of Little Bird Alliance

In 2025, Little Bird Alliance was founded by JT Chevallier and JB Harris as the nonprofit arm of ECO-CLEAN Solutions — an environmental technology company dedicated to protecting and enhancing the world’s waterways, beaches, and natural spaces. Recognizing that technology alone couldn’t solve the complex challenges facing our environment, Chevallier and Harris envisioned a parallel mission: a community-driven organization capable of mobilizing people, funding, and local partnerships to amplify impact beyond operations.

Little Bird Alliance was born from that vision — to further the community and environmental missions of ECO-CLEAN Solutions through projects, education, and fundraising efforts that build resilience and inspire stewardship.

The organization’s name, Little Bird Alliance, reflects a powerful metaphor: that even the smallest and most agile efforts can make a lasting difference. Just as little birds protect their nests from much larger predators through tenacity, courage, and coordination, Little Bird Alliance believes that small, strategic actions — when taken collectively — can outmaneuver massive environmental threats.

From its earliest days, the Alliance has embodied this belief by bringing together communities, businesses, and public agencies to fund and execute high-impact projects that restore ecosystems, reduce waste, and empower the next generation of environmental leaders.
